Agami Health Limited provides administrative, billing, and practice management infrastructure. It does not provide medical or clinical services.
The Website and the underlying booking, administrative, and payment management systems are operated by Agami Health Limited (“the Company”, “we”, or “us”), registered in England and Wales (Registered Address: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF). The Company acts exclusively as an administrative agent and infrastructure provider for independent healthcare and wellness professionals.
Healthcare and wellness services advertised on this website are provided entirely by self-employed, independent practitioners who utilize Agami Health Limited for administrative and secretarial support.
Medical Services: Provided exclusively by independent, GMC-registered medical practitioners (including Dr Ankit Chawla, GMC: 7419152, and other affiliated independent doctors).
Nutrition & Coaching Services: Provided exclusively by independent, qualified nutritionists and health coaches.
Crucial Regulatory Distinction: Your contract for clinical assessment, medical advice, diagnosis, or prescribing is strictly between you and the specific, individual medical practitioner who consults with you. Agami Health Limited does not employ these practitioners, does not supervise or control their clinical choices, and is not a regulated healthcare provider.
By accessing our Website or booking an appointment through our administrative platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Website or book services through us.

The individual Clinical Consent Forms provided by your treating medical practitioner
All medical evaluations, physical assessments, and clinical consultations provided by the independent medical practitioners are conducted strictly in person. The practitioners do not offer remote clinical diagnosis, web-based prescribing, or online-only treatment pathways through this platform.
Physical consultations take place exclusively within fully CQC-registered healthcare facilities where the independent medical practitioners hold individual practising privileges. These locations include:

Agami Health Limited does not own, lease, or operate clinical premises.
Any phlebotomy (blood draws), laboratory sample collection, or technical diagnostic testing is performed entirely on-site by the staff and infrastructure of the CQC-registered host facilities (Marris Medical or HCA Healthcare) or their designated accredited laboratory partners.
Agami Health Limited does not physically perform, process, or carry out diagnostic screening procedures. The independent medical practitioners are solely responsible for ordering and clinically interpreting these tests.
Private medical prescriptions are only issued when clinically appropriate following a thorough, in-person, face-to-face medical assessment by your independent doctor.
Payment of an administrative or consultation fee to Agami Health Limited does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Prescribing decisions rest entirely on the independent clinical judgment of your consulting doctor.
All prescriptions must be fulfilled independently by a separate, GPhC-registered dispensing pharmacy. Neither the Company nor the independent practitioners dispense or supply physical medications.
Nutritionists and health coaches operating via the platform are completely independent of the medical practitioners. They are solely responsible for the delivery, safety, and control of their coaching consultations. Wellness coaching is complementary and does not constitute medical advice or treatment.
Neither the Company nor the independent practitioners provide acute emergency or urgent care services. In a medical emergency, you must call 999 or 111 immediately.
Agami Health Limited acts as the centralized billing and payment management agent for the independent practitioners. When you pay a fee or an invoice, you are paying Agami Health Limited in its capacity as the administrative agent managing the practitioner’s billing infrastructure.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or failures to attend an in-person clinic slot may result in a fee issued by the administrative platform on behalf of the practitioner.
Each independent medical practitioner and coach maintains their own individual professional indemnity insurance and is individually accountable to their respective regulatory body (e.g., the General Medical Council for doctors).
All clinical notes, consultation records, and medical histories are generated and held securely in accordance with strict medical confidentiality guidelines, UK Data Protection law, and GMC regulations.
Agami Health Limited operates strictly as an infrastructure, secretarial, and billing platform. The Company accepts absolutely no liability for clinical outcomes, medical assessments, prescriptions, or wellness advice delivered by the independent practitioners.
Each independent practitioner is solely liable for the clinical or coaching care they deliver to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from professional clinical negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
These terms, and any administrative disputes arising from them, are governed exclusively by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Complaints regarding clinical care, medical treatment, or coaching delivery will be formally passed directly to the specific independent practitioner responsible for your care, to be handled under their individual professional complaints procedure.
