Agami Health is a premium healthcare practice specialising in longevity medicine and functional medicine. We provide personalised health optimisation services including comprehensive testing, ongoing membership-based care, and specialised programmes focusing on disease prevention.

7. MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

Membership fees and specific benefits are outlined in your personal Membership Agreement.


8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide 48 hours notice for cancellations
  • Follow clinical protocols and recommendations responsibly
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Promptly pay all fees and charges
  • Treat our healthcare team with respect


9. FEES AND PAYMENT

9.1 Membership Fees

  • Annual membership fees are due in advance or via monthly direct debit
  • Additional services may incur separate charges

9.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon invoice or as per direct debit schedule
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

9.3 Refunds

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law
  • Unused services do not carry forward to subsequent periods

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

10.1 Appointments

  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur fees

10.2 Membership

  • 30 days written notice required for membership cancellation
  • Outstanding balances remain due upon cancellation
  • Specific cancellation terms apply as per your Membership Agreement


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 Our Property

All content on our Website and platforms, including:

  • Testing methodologies and protocols
  • Health reports and analyses
  • Educational materials and resources
  • Trademarks and branding

Remain our exclusive property.

11.2 Your Health Data
