Agami Health is the brainchild of Dr. Ankit Chawla, who believes that every one of us has amazing health potential within us, which can be realised given the right knowledge, tools and motivation. His goal is to empower people to not just live, but thrive.
Dr. Ankit graduated from the world-renowned Imperial College London and then trained as a GP at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in London.
With over 12 years of broad generalist experience across almost every facet of physical and mental health, he has gained a unique vantage point from which to assess and manage health and chronic disease. He has undertaken further training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, allowing him to combine his personal passion for health with his profession.
Dr. Ankit’s passion lies in optimising health through a muscle-centric approach to health and nutrition. By harnessing the power of these two pillars of health, along with sleep and emotional well-being, he applies a nuanced approach to cardiometabolic health, gut health, mitochondrial health, and hormonal balance. All of this culminates in a tailor-made precision health strategy to create optimal health for his clients.
Dr. Ankit fits the definition of a polymath, with degrees in Medicine, Neuroscience and Mental Health as well as a Masters degree in Bioengineering. He enjoys applying this diversity of experience and an analytical mind to help architect human health.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Ankit is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, adrenaline junkie, and has an immense love of learning new things. He is passionate about simplifying the art and science of longevity and health to make it accessible for everyone – knowledge is power, and he takes great pride in empowering all those he works with.
